- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had a plugged ear (too much wax stuck in ear canal), so I went here for a cleaning. The doctor used a tube to suck out the wax. They don't offer to try picking the wax out, or washing it out with saline water. Ever since the ear vaccuming, I have had ongoing ear infection in that ear that comes back like every 2 weeks (used a little bit of antibiotic cream to help it go way). Now I have to have my antibiotic cream at hand at all times, because I don't know when I will come down with another sudden episode of ear infection. I don't recommend anyone to go to this place for an ear cleaning, but look around for a different place where they offer to pick it out with instruments or wash out with saline water; Not where they vacuume it out!! I called another ear doctor, and they told me they never use a vacuum suction to take out ear wax/ plugged ears. I wish I would've contacted a different doctor earlier..December 05, 2016by A Google User
