  We went in for our 1 month old sons well check up in July. They done all the normal things...height and weight. When Dr.Thevaos came in and checked him, he asked how he was doing on his formula. I replied that he was a little gassy. He suggested Enfamil Gentlease. I said ok. When we received our bill, we got charged for a medical visit instead of a well check. And, of course, insurance does not pay for! In total for 3 visits, I owe them right at $600. It is ridiculous!! It is all a rip off. Just beware if the Dr asks u a question, it becomes a medical visit. I could understand this charge if I had called and made the appointment bc my son was gassy. But just bc I was asked a simple question and answered truthfully, I am getting screwed!!

  We were in and out of this office pretty quickly, which is always a plus. Nurses and doctors are pretty friendly and seem good at their jobs. On the other hand the office staff seemed to be unorganized. We printed all appropriate forms for a first time visit and turned them in ahead of the visits. When arriving, they had me fill out all of the same paperwork, which made no sense at all. And we told them that this paperwork had already been filled out. Then we scheduled both of our little ones for appointments, in which they combined the appointments and gave us only one appointment time, seemed simple enough at the time. When we arrived we were notified that one of the kids was 30 minutes late. In response, they combined the appointments which we thought would be happening anyways. To ice that cake, they charge our insurance $140 for coming in late and most insurances do not cover these types of charges. Not sure if we will continue with this office if their office doesn't become more organized. Oh yeah, my bill was $1599 for two kids, new patient visits, five total vaccinations and one missed appointment.
