- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I continue to appreciate the telephone support at this medical office. The telephone, front desk and nursing staff go the extra mile to make sure they understand your health issue by phone. The medical office assistants also are excellent. Despite the fact that the support/telephone staff are exceptional at this office, I am no longer going to be a patient there. I would suggest the physicians take a lesson from their support staff on how to treat a patient with open communication and a caring attitude. I will continue my search for a primary care physician for my family but it won't be at the Union Family Practice. I will leave the 5 stars for the support and telephone staff since my best impression of the clinic begins and ends with them.December 16, 2016by Jean Jones
