  Before you buy auto insurance with this company do yourself a favor and check elsewhere. I have been getting ripped off by this company for years and only found out about when i tried to make a claim. They denied my claim when a boat rolled into my car and did some damage. I also was denied a claim when my car was broken into and my wife's expensive rings were stolen. I then decided to change insurance companies. I called GEICO. Not only was I quoted a lower rate by $600 a year for the exact same insurance but I was told that both my claims would have been covered had I been insured with GEICO. Do some research before you buy insurance with Bass.

  I have been with Bass Ins Agency for 8 years now and am very pleased. I have always gotten very good customer service. Kim is awesome! I highly recommend their agency!

  Kim Bass and her phenomenal staff have been amazing. My daughter had a car wreck and we were upset and a mess. We called Kim and were immediatley put at ease. She filed our claim and the whole process was seamless. She's great and so profressial. I'll never use anyone else again!!
