- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Moved to Southern Piedmont Primary after 30 years at another well known established practice in Monroe, wondering why it took me so long. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Dr. Erin Mullins-Frasier, so easy to converse with and she makes you feel so comfortable. Glad my insurance changed so I saw the light to see another wonderful doctor!
