  I will start off by saying the front desk was courteous, as I'm sure the dentist is as well. However, I presented the front desk with secondary insurance and that somehow sent mt appointment into what was over an hour delay. They stated they had contacted me about information pertaining to primary insurance, which they had, but they did not ask all of the questions they needed from me, which also made my appointment delayed. I offered 3 separate times, during my hour long wait, to reschedule my appointment due to my work schedule. I was repeatedly told the dentist would be coming to get me shortly. I was then told when the dentist finally called me name that he wouldn't be able to do anything for me in the 10 minutes I had to spare (hence my scheduling it for a certain time) and was blamed for having secondary insurance - that was my fault that it took so long for me to be seen. OUTRAGEOUS. I will never return to this practice because of my experience. I was never given an apology, and was treated as a burden for not giving them my second insurance information prior to my visit.
